Become the Bar Manager at the exciting BLIND BEAR LOUNGE BALI'. This full‑time role involves leading and managing the daily operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will be working alongside the owner and responsible for overseeing the bar team, floor team, inventory management, and ensuring the highest standards of service and presentation.

What you'll be doing

Manage and lead the bar/floor team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.

Oversee inventory control, ordering, and stock management to maximise profitability.

Develop and implement creative menus and bar promotions to drive sales.

Ensure excellent customer service and a vibrant atmosphere in the bar.

Work on marketing plans with the owner.

Monitor and analyse bar performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Maintain a safe and compliant bar operation in line with relevant regulations.

Collaborate with the wider restaurant management team to deliver an integrated customer experience.
