Job summary

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years as a Cook or 1 year as Commis II in a 5-star hotel.
  • Possess a valid health certificate.
  • Good command of English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare food efficiently and hygienically as per recipes.
  • Support the Sous Chef in ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
  • Maintain all HACCP aspects within the hotel’s operation.

Skills

Knowledge of Western or Chinese cuisine
Problem-solving ability
Ability to work under pressure

Education

Junior Middle School graduate or above
Technical education in hospitality or culinary school preferred
