Our meeting and convention halls are expanding to a new level from 8 meeting rooms and a grand ballroom that cater up to 1500 persons to a new meeting and convention hall with capacity up to 3000 persons, ideal for a massive exhibitions or a grande gala dinner celebrations.
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Balikpapan for a Banquet And Catering Operations Specialist. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their requirements, managing budgets, supervising catering staff, and ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
