Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest requests and aid departments.
• Fill cart with supplies, transport to the assigned area, and prepare rooms.
• Enter guest rooms following access procedures and ensure vacancy before entry.
• Replace amenities and linens, make beds, and perform basic cleaning.
• Clean bathrooms, remove trash, and ensure appliances are functioning.
• Maintain safety, follow policies, and report hazards or incidents.
