Job Overview

Join Leoni Gelato, a fast-growing, dynamic company revolutionizing premium, healthy gelato across Indonesia and distributing it through more than 700 distributors nationwide! We are seeking an Business Development Manager based in Bali, a brand ambassador whose primary mission will be to expand our network of B2B sales channels, focusing on restaurants. As an BDM, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with both new and existing distributors, helping us establish a stronger market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Development
    • Actively prospect for new distributors (restaurants, hotels, cafes) and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers.
    • Present Leoni Gelato products to potential partners, highlighting our commitment to quality and innovation.
    • Negotiate and close B2B deals to bring our products into new establishments.
  2. Client Relationship Management
    • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing distributors, ensuring their satisfaction and consistent order flow.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing partners, addressing their needs and providing proactive support for their success.
  3. Performance Tracking & Reporting
    • Monitor distributor performance, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Provide regular reports to the Sales Director on successes, challenges, and upcoming initiatives within the region.
  4. Promotional Support & Brand Visibility
    • Collaborate with distributors to maximize Leoni Gelato’s brand visibility and promote our products.
    • Implement local marketing activities to support sales growth and attract new customers.
Qualifications
  • Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally in business development or B2B account management within the food service or consumer goods industry.
  • CRM Proficiency: Strong knowledge and experience with CRM systems to manage client relationships and track sales progress.
  • Analytical Skills: An analytical mindset to interpret data and optimize sales strategies effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent relationship-building skills, with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • English Proficiency: Must have a professional level of English, both written and spoken.
  • Personal Transport: Must have a personal mode of transport (motorbike or car) to facilitate travel.
  • Field Work: Willingness to spend 80% of time in the field, actively prospecting and engaging with new distributors.
