Job summary

Motel Rocks is seeking a Web Admin to manage new-in products from pre-live checks through launch, ensuring accurate data, imagery, stock and merchandising across Motel's websites.

You will upload and optimise product images, set up collections and tags, and perform post-live checks and reporting. Candidates should have a Diploma/Bachelor’s in a relevant field, strong English, and a good grasp of fashion merchandising.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in a relevant field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good English.
• Great attention to detail and accuracy.
• Understanding of women’s fashion and visual merchandising basics.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
• Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage new-in product data from pre-live checks to launch.
• Ensure accurate product data, imagery, stock and merchandising across Motel's sites.
• Upload and optimise product images, set up collections and tags.
• Perform post-live checks and reporting on online dates and stock.
• Maintain color swatches and product information across sites.
• Support sustainability initiatives in daily practices.
