Job summary

Responsibilities

• Execute routine production planning and scheduling tasks.
• Prepare and update daily/weekly production plans based on instructions.
• Maintain production data, schedules, and basic planning records.
• Coordinate with production teams to confirm plan execution.
• Support monitoring of output, delays, and deviations.
• Follow planning procedures, data accuracy standards, and reporting timelines.
• Prepare packaging, labels, threads, and expiration stamps per daily plan.
• Verify contents of Finish Product bins, packaging and labels are correct.
• Prepare pallets for Finish Goods in good condition.
• Ensure packaging machines are in good condition.
• Ensure scales are accurate.
• Clean sieve over finish product per product type.
• Create usage reports for packaging and labels.
• Create delivery to stock reports: finish goods, repro and quarantine feed per shift.
• Re-run quarantine feed if needed.
• Organize packaging and labeling of Reject Product per type.
• Assign work distribution for Production Worker Bagging team.
• Perform bagging area activities according to K3 and 5S standards.
