Qualifications

• 2+ years backend experience in a fast-paced SaaS product environment.
• Prior experience or familiarity with HRMS or payroll systems is highly preferred.
• Strong programming skills in Golang and/or Python, with a preference for production-level experience using Golang.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL), including query design, indexing, and performance optimization.
• Proven experience in building scalable, secure, and standardized APIs.
• Hands-on experience with caching mechanisms such as Redis or local storage.
• Proficient in using Git and modern development workflows (PRs, branching, CI/CD).
• Comfortable with unit testing practices and test coverage.

Responsibilities
