Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology
• 3–5 years of experience as a Developer Lead
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Proficient in code review and problem-solving, with the ability to analyze, evaluate, and identify effective solutions
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Preferably experienced in leading teams using Agile principles and familiar with the insurance domain
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture, messaging, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and AWS services (SES, S3)
• Hands‑on experience with Java, Spring Boot, React Native, Angular, or ReactJS
• Experience with Quarkus and Kafka is preferable
• Keeps up to date with IT trends and emerging technologies
• Willing to work on‑site (WFO)

This position will be assigned to one of our clients, IFG Life (insurance industry), located in Central Jakarta.
