A leading tech services company is looking for a driven sales professional to support the sales cycle and nurture client relationships. The ideal candidate will have 1-2+ years of experience in B2B tech sales, and the role offers a competitive compensation package including a base salary and commission. This position is based in Indonesia, with opportunities for growth towards a Sales Manager role.
At least 1-2+ years of experience in B2B tech sales, account coordination, or a high-touch client-facing role, ideally with a company offering similar B2B tech services. You are naturally engaging, collaborative, and energized by conversations, especially during first impressions and discovery calls.
Sales-Oriented and Proactive: someone who can build instant rapport, nurture relationships, and strategically support the sales process to win deals.
An "Owner" and highly efficient: you take pride in managing the details and communications that allow the team to close deals faster.
Ambitious and Growth-Oriented: you are eager to learn our processes, master this role, and are on a clear track to becoming a Sales Manager.
Having an existing network or client connections in tech/logistics industry is a strong advantage.
