• Hit monthly & yearly sales targets
• Build new partnerships with clubs, coaches, and retailers
• Share market & competitor insights to support business strategy
• Work closely with Product, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in B2B sales / key account / distribution
• Comfortable using Google Sheets, CRM tools, and dashboards
• Familiar with AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.) — tech‑savvy mindset is a must
• Passionate about sports (padel/tennis preferred)
