Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities, and deliver presentations demonstrating Cartrack's products and solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets with a focus on generating new business and developing existing customers.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis on client requirements with tailor-made pricing structures/deals.
  • Acquire new customers by cold calling, networking, and using various Social Media platforms.
  • Monthly sales forecast preparation and submission.
  • Use CRM to its full potential to report, measure, and control sales inputs and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Minimum a diploma degree or bachelor degree (D3,D4/S1)
  • A strong background in new business account acquisition.
  • You are a self-starter with stellar sales track records for SaaS solutions. Hunter mentality, always hungry for new sales opportunities.
  • Have 2+ years of sales experience, especially in SaaS, automotive, logistic, trucking, or corporate leasing.
  • Prospecting and cold-calling experience.
  • A driven personality and eager to explore new business opportunities
  • Good communication and listening skills to understand a customers needs and tailor a relevant pitch.
  • Resilience to always go the extra mile to close the deals.
  • Good communication & negotiation skills and good attitude
