You will leverage existing leads and local referrals, ensuring smooth contract execution and client support. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the furniture industry. Frequent travel within Indonesia is required.
Our client is a leading manufacturer specializing exclusively in steel furniture that has been operating for at least a decade. Based in Luoyang, Henan Province, China — the largest steel furniture industrial hub in the country.
For over a decade, they have focused on the Southeast Asian market, building a strong footprint across Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines, and Malaysia. In Indonesia specifically, their products are well received by major furniture distributors and dealers who value both the durability and affordability of their offerings.
Their core product lines are divided into two main categories: home furniture — such as steel wardrobes, shoe cabinets, kitchen storage, and utility cabinets — and office furniture, which includes filing cabinets, lockers, security cabinets, and phone storage systems.
The client builds long-term partnerships through a lean model, employing local representatives under service agreements, with salaries and commissions paid directly from China. This allows greater investment in product competitiveness and sales incentives, giving their country representatives a strong edge with high-quality, best-priced steel furniture backed by a robust supply chain.
As their Indonesia Sales Representative, you'll leverage these advantages to develop and manage relationships with furniture distributors, dealers, and wholesalers across major cities, supported by existing leads and local referrals. Your core responsibilities include expanding our B2B network, securing container-level orders, and coordinating closely with our China headquarters on contracts and after-sales needs. This role combines proactive business development, contract execution, and client support, and involves frequent travel within Indonesia.
