B2B Sales Officer – Food Ingredients (Creamer Industry)

What you will do:
- Exceed sales goals by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Navigate complex negotiations with multiple layers of customer level (R&D or Purchasing) and be able to explain how to use food & beverage raw materials in food/beverage product applications
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow market share in various segments
- Understand industry trends by keeping up to market trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies in the industry and plan out customer visits independently
- Monitor, update, and submit reports of competitors and keep records in Salesforce of existing and prospective customers
- Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to internal stakeholders
We are looking for you who:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Chemical, Biology, or related field with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- Interest in sales and the food ingredient industry or trading company
- Experience working in food ingredient (raw material), trading or manufacturing company (large industry or home industrial)
- Proficient in English and MS Office
- Able to work mobile across the domestic area
- Has driving license: SIM A
