We are a Korean cosmetics brand management company in Indonesia. We’re seeking an experienced B2B Sales Manager to lead our entire B2B sales strategy and team, driving revenue growth across both online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & GMV Accountability
  • Develop and execute comprehensive B2B sales strategy for online and offline channels
  • Take full ownership of B2B GMV targets and revenue growth
  • Set quarterly and annual sales targets, budgets, and KPIs for the B2B division
  • Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies
  • Report directly to senior management on sales performance and market insights
Online B2B Channel Management
  • KOL & Livestream Commerce: Oversee KOL partnership strategy and livestream sales across TikTok, Shopee Live, Tokopedia Play
  • E-commerce Distribution: Manage online B2B distribution partnerships with e-commerce resellers and distributors
  • Develop online B2B pricing strategies, promotional mechanics, and sales campaigns
Offline B2B Channel Management
  • Retail Partnerships: Lead offline channel development with beauty retailers (Sociolla, Watsons, Guardian, department stores, pharmacies)
  • Traditional & Modern Trade: Develop distribution strategy for traditional and modern retail channels
  • Negotiate trading terms, promotional support, and shelf space allocation
  • Expand offline distribution network across Indonesia
Team Leadership & Performance Management
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing B2B sales team (channel sales managers, KOL BD managers, account executives)
  • Set clear performance goals and provide coaching to team members
  • Monitor sales performance across all B2B channels and optimize strategies
  • Manage sales forecasting, inventory planning, and payment collection
  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports and business reviews
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams on campaigns, inventory, and pricing
  • Work with Brand Principals on sell-in/sell-out strategies and market feedback
Experience
  • Minimum 5-8 years of B2B sales experience in beauty/cosmetics or personal care industry
  • At least 3 years in sales management/leadership role
  • Proven track record of achieving significant GMV/revenue targets (minimum IDR 50B+ annual GMV experience)
  • Experience managing both online and offline B2B channels
  • Experience with beauty retail partnerships (Sociolla, Watsons, Guardian, etc.)
  • Experience with e-commerce and livestream commerce is highly preferred
  • Established network in Indonesia’s beauty industry
