B2B Commercial Sales Account
- Perform competitor analysis and marketing intelligence to identify the best product or solution possible.
- Execute customer prospect activities to increase and complete the data of prospective customers, then create the activity report as well.
- Establish cost structure for every purchase activity (both new and repeat orders).
- Resolve renting transaction with customers, including creating final quotation and contract.
- Collaborate with Legal team to propose, review, and establish contract and SLA.
- Perform contract and SLA negotiation with customers.
- Provide and present detailed information of vehicle products and services to potential customers.
- Handle administration of customers documents and ensure that the first payment is paid.
- Initiate trust and good relationship with customers and other team members
Div. Head Sales & Marketing Commercial
- Develop long term and short term strategy for sales & marketing division to provide strategic road map.
- Develop key policies and procedures for Sales & Marketing division to provide divisions guidance.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive company sales strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Setting company sales targets, identifying target markets, and determining effective sales channels.
- Develop strategy to market and sell all MODA Portfolios (Rent, Transport, Hub, Digital).
- Tailor solutions based on customer needs/requirements.
- Identify and develop new sales channels and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
- Ensure exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Act as a strategic advisor and partner to clients, identifying opportunities to deliver value.
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex client issues, resolving conflicts and ensuring mutually beneficial solutions.
- Collaborate with the operations team to understand the company’s offerings and tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of clients.
- Monitor and review the process of customer risk assessment (Know Your Customer).
- Identifying and developing new markets and customer segments.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing coaching, training, and motivation.
Dept. Head Sales & Marketing Commercial

- Associate’s (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree from any major.
- At least 2 years of proven sales experiences in car rental /transportation/logistics industry.
- Previous background from vehicle rental or logistics company would be preferable.
- Proven ability in handling a considerable amount of accounts.
- Customer-oriented person with vision and has good business sense.
- Good problem-solving ability.
- A self-starter who has exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, leadership, and teamwork skill.

- Minimum 15 years of professional experience.

- Proven Experience in Sales Cycle from plan to close.
- Ability to analyze sales performance, identify trends, and prepare comprehensive sales reports and forecasts.
- A deep understanding of the commercial vehicle rental and logistics industry.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Competence in conducting market research.
- Fluent in English both written and speaking.
- Has exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and teamwork skill.
