A leading business development firm in Indonesia is seeking an experienced professional to grow and develop new client relationships in energy, transportation, and other sectors. The candidate will conduct market research, provide tailored solutions, and present products to clients. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, fluency in English, and a minimum of 5 years in Business Development or related fields.
Search, Create and get New project or tender especially in Energy, Transportation, Mining, Oil&gas, Heavy Equipment project, Sea port project, Electrical&Mechanical project
Build good relationship with potential clients government sectors (BUMN/ Kementrian)
Responsible for growing and developing new clients
Visit end users, provide solutions for the target market, and be capable to do thorough product presentations and demonstrations to your clients on your own.
Research and monitor competitors also their market activity to provide sales positioning arguments, value propositions, objection handling, and competitive positioning.
Achieve personal targets from the company.
Coordinate with team and partners to execute sales plan.
At least Bachelor's degree from a reputable Public University, Engineering Graduates are preferred
Fluent in English is mandatory , able to speak Mandarin is a plus
Min. 5 years experience as Business Development, Account Manager or Sales Project in Energy, Transportation, Mining, Oil&gas, Heavy Equipment project, Sea port project, Electrical&Mechanical projector Government Sectors (B2G)
Good experience handling E-Catalog LKPP, LPSE or SIPLah
Able to mobility
Aggressive, autonomous, assertive, creative, and customer driven
Creativity and an ability to bring new products to market.
Excellent Presentation and Communication skills.
High flexibility and No demanding.
