Job summary

AIA is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to lead design, management, and modernization of cloud infrastructure, with a strong Azure focus. You will ensure secure, scalable platforms and guide multi-disciplinary teams across governance, cost controls, and operations.

The role emphasizes cloud operations, migration planning, and resilience, with responsibilities spanning backup, DR, SFTP management, and incident response to support business continuity in Asia markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in technical/ information systems or related field.
• At least 10 years IT infrastructure experience, preferably in financial services.
• At least 5 years BC/DR planning, development, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and maintain cloud infrastructure with Azure focus.
• Manage cloud landing zones, networks, identity and security controls.
• Monitor and optimize cloud performance, capacity, and costs.
• Support migration of workloads to cloud platforms.
• Provide architectural guidance and enforce standards.
• Lead cloud budgeting and governance activities.
• Manage Windows and Linux servers, patching and security.
• Oversee SFTP platforms and secure file transfers.
• Plan and validate backup restoration and DR drills.
• Document infrastructure standards and compliance.
