Business Function

Value, we serve Institutional Banking Operations and Consumer Banking Operations, manage Customer Centre and IT, provide Group Procurement and Corporate Real Estate, coordinate bank-wide Business Continuity Management program and framework, and deliver service quality for Digibank and IBG/GTS. Our Technology & Operations organization is a vital strategic partner to the business in providing competitive advantage that propels DBSI towards being the Best Bank for a Better World (#B3W).

Job Descriptions
  1. Ensure Custodian regulatory compliance
  2. Develop and maintain policies & procedures
  3. Identify, Monitor and manage compliance risks
  4. Custodian transaction monitoring and suspicious activity reporting
  5. Provide training and awareness for new/update regulation to custodian team member.
  6. Escalate and Report Compliance matters
  7. Liaise with regulator, police and prosecutor during inspections and inquiries
Requirement
  • Professional certification in compliance are an advantage
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in securities services fund compliance (preferable), risk management in a leadership role
  • Strong background in banking, financial services or regulatory institutions
  • Strong leadership and people management skillsExcellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • High integrity, ethical judgement and independence
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including ability to interact with regulators.
  • Has initiatives and oversee compliance programs effectively
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
