Pou Chen Group Indonesia is seeking a hands-on engineer to support on-site automation trials and machine programming in our production area.

You will analyze footwear models, conduct tests to evaluate automation feasibility and performance, and ensure programs meet production requirements while collaborating with the team.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, proficiency in PowerPoint, good English, and a proactive, detail-oriented, and team-friendly mindset.
