Job summary

Golden Agri-Resources (GAR) seeks an Automation Systems professional to support planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of automation, AI models and digital tools across palm oil mills and derivative processing plants.

The role covers design and testing of PLC/SCADA/DCS, troubleshooting control faults, data acquisition with IoT, dashboards and MES, AI/ML model support, site surveys, commissioning, and thorough documentation to drive efficiency and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Min 4 years of experience in Automation Digitalization.
• Strong analytical thinking.
• Willing to be located at Lampung Refinery.

Responsibilities

• Design, program, test and maintain automation systems (PLC/SCADA/DCS).
• Troubleshoot faults across production areas.
• Develop real-time data acquisition systems with IoT sensors.
• Develop dashboards, MES and smart factory interfaces.
• Assist in AI/ML model training, validation and deployment.
• Participate in site surveys, installation and commissioning.
• Maintain system documentation and reporting.
• Identify automation improvements and drive digital upgrades.
