Summaries of Responsibilities:

Create and implement sales activities for Wedding, MICE and events business (Australian Market)

Proactively target Wedding and MICE opportunities in Australian markets

Proactively sell the hotels’ event spaces and drive Rooms and F&B revenue into the event, restaurant, and bar areas.

Establish local partnerships and co-operations to promote accommodation and events.

Establish business and market share for Wedding, MICE and special events business.

Establish and maintain relationships with assigned MICE agencies.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience in the same position or related fields in the 5 Stars or luxury resort; especially in handling Australian wedding, events and catering

Proven track of achieving targets, has strong organizational and time management skills

A team player with leadership skills with customer-service orientation

Exceptional communication, negotiation ability, and interpersonal skills

Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or otherrelevantfields
