Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Accounting.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as an Auditor in the Property & Mall Industry (highly preferred).
• Certified in CIA, CPA or CISA.
• Experience in developing audit plans and conducting risk assessments.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Experience conducting operational, financial, and investigative audits across departments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead audit teams effectively.
• Willingness to be placed in the Jakarta Area.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee internal audit operations to ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulations.
• Develop annual audit plans, conduct risk assessments, and ensure effective implementation across departments.
• Supervise and guide audit teams in performing operational, financial, and investigative audits.
• Evaluate internal control systems and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
• Present audit findings and reports to senior management and ensure timely follow‑up on corrective actions.
