Job summary

A leading auditing firm in Jakarta Timur is looking for an Audit Staff to lead audit engagements and mentor junior auditors. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 3-5 years of external audit experience. Strong analytical skills, knowledge of PSAK, and good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia are essential. Overview

Join our growing assurance team and lead audit engagements that truly make an impact. As an Audit Supervisor, you will manage end-to-end audit processes, guide junior team members, and work closely with clients to ensure high-quality, compliant, and insightful audit deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise audit engagements from planning to completion
• Perform risk assessment and design appropriate audit procedures
• Review working papers, testing results, and draft financial statements
• Ensure audit work complies with PSAK, IFRS (where applicable), and professional standards
• Identify control weaknesses and propose practical recommendations to clients
• Coordinate with clients to manage timelines, information requests, and audit issues
• Monitor job progress, workload, and deadlines for assigned engagements
• Coach, mentor, and review work of Audit Staff and Senior Auditors

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (Master’s Degree is a plus)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in external audit (KAP)
• Strong understanding of PSAK and basic IFRS concepts
• Experience leading audit teams and handling multiple engagements
• Solid analytical skills with strong attention to detail and quality
• Good communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
• Able to manage deadlines and work under pressure during peak seasons
• Willing to travel for client assignments when required

Nice to Have

• Experience with clients in manufacturing/trading/service industries
• Professional certification in progress or completed (CPA, CA, QIA, etc.)
• Comfortable using audit software and Excel for analysis and documentation
• Working proficiency in English (written and spoken)
