Monee, a leading digital payments and financial services provider, invites an accounting-focused intern to assist the Internal Audit team. You will help review policies, perform fieldwork, and maintain audit documents, gaining exposure to controls, risk management, and data analysis.

Ideal candidates are final-year students or recent graduates with strong Excel skills, English proficiency, and a detail-oriented mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Accounting or other relevant fields from a reputable university.
• Basic understanding of internal audit, internal controls, accounting, and/or risk management principles.
• Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with supporting documents and data.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), especially basic Excel formulas and hotkeys/shortcuts.
• Good communication skills and comfortable coordinating with different stakeholders.
• Able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive company and audit information.
• Proficient in English, including reading and understanding articles/documents, as well as written communication.
• Proactive, fast learner, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Support the Internal Audit team in performing audit activities in accordance with the approved annual audit plan.
• Assist in reviewing relevant company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements as part of audit preparation and fieldwork.
• Perform inspection and preliminary review of audit evidence and supporting documents to assess completeness and consistency against applicable procedures and controls.
• Assist in performing audit testing and assessment procedures under the guidance of Internal Audit team members.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of audit working papers, documentation, and supporting evidence.
• Assist in following up with relevant stakeholders to obtain information and documents required for audit purposes.
• Support the team in tracking audit progress, findings, and follow-up actions where required.
• Provide other administrative and analytical support related to Internal Audit activities as assigned.
