Asst. Innovation Planning Manager Home Care

You will be a key driver in ensuring the successful execution of innovation and renovation projects across the Home & Hygiene category. You will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver projects On Time In Full (OTIF).

Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution
  • Lead innovation and renovation project networks from feasibility to launch.
  • Develop and manage detailed project timelines using tools like MS Project.
  • Ensure timely delivery of milestones by coordinating cross-functional inputs.
  • Escalate critical issues and ensure resolution to maintain project timeline.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Act as the supply chain face for innovation projects, liaising with Marketing, R&D, Finance, Procurement, and Customer Development teams.
  • Facilitate Investor Board (IB) sessions and pre-read alignment meetings.
Operational Excellence
  • Support artwork updates, promotional launches, and other operational initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and tools.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Education
    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field. (Industrial Engineering and Chemical Engineering would be favourable)
    • MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Experience
    • 2–5 years in Supply Chain, Innovation Planning, Project Management, or FMCG operations.
    • Experience in Home Care or Hygiene categories would be preferred.
    • Experience as PMO is value added.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
    • Fluent in Ms. Excel & Power Point.
  • Soft Skills
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
    • Ability to work cross-culturally and cross-functionally.
    • Strategic thinking with attention to detail and execution discipline.
