• 10+ years of professional experience in game development, with at least 2 shipped multiplayer titles.
• Strong experience in Unity/Unreal with a deep understanding of engine loops.
• Ability to work with native code (C++, Java, Objective-C/Swift).
• Familiarity with networking, backend systems, matchmaking, and server orchestration.
• Experience optimizing games for mobile hardware.
• Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.

Role Overview

• Define and own the technical architecture and roadmap of the game.
• Lead engineering efforts across gameplay systems, networking, backend, and tools.
• Oversee backend and server orchestration (matchmaking, scaling, cloud/hybrid infra).
• Drive performance optimization across a wide range of mobile devices.
• Ensure smooth Unity–native code integration and effective OS-level interfacing.
• Setup CI/CD pipelines & engineering best practices, maintain technical excellence.
• Mentor and guide engineers, providing leadership on complex problem-solving.
• Collaborate closely with design, art, and production to deliver a polished competitive experience.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 10+ years of professional experience in game development, with at least 2 shipped multiplayer titles (PC, console, or mobile).
• Strong experience in Unity/Unreal with deep understanding of engine loops
• Proven ability to work with native code (C++, Java, Objective-C/Swift) and interface with OS-level systems.
• Deep knowledge of networking, backend systems, matchmaking, and server orchestration.
• Track record of optimizing games for mobile hardware (low to high spec).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
