Qualifications

• Passion for a Product Management role with at least 1 year of experience as a Product Manager.
• Can-do spirit with energy, drive, and a positive attitude.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong listening skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze development needs
• Conduct extensive competitive product evaluations and analysis
• Gather user/customer feedback to understand needs
• Prioritize product roadmap and own requirements flowing from customer needs
• Write clear, concise product requirements and user stories
• Lead agile product development processes, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, prioritization sessions, and daily stand-ups
• Manage various products independently
• Evangelize ideas that solve real customer problems
• Collaborate with other Product teams to sync the release plan and deliver the best experience for customers
• Review user stories to ensure delivery aligns with initial requirements
• Rapidly formulate concrete features addressing needs expressed by internal users and customers
• Document product functionality and communicate it to users
• Review scenario tests for improvements to ensure alignment with requirements
• Create and track metrics to define initiative success and inform future improvements
• Set product strategy and plan short-term and long-term improvements to meet business goals and measure success
