JOB MISSION

The Marketing Communications Manager will develop multi‑channel marketing campaigns/initiatives to increase brand love of Garmin. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge and practical experience on the marketing tactics in the consumer electronics industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

  • Develop 360° Go‑To‑Market strategy for new products and craft local marketing communication plan in line with the global team to support local business objectives.
  • Own end‑to‑end campaign execution, including the development of marketing briefs that define objective, success metrics, target audience, communication strategy and amplification tactics.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Social, PR, channel marketing, sales teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and campaign execution.
  • Manage marketing budget for a good mix of campaigns across multiple channels.
QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent in English (Chinese is a plus)
  • Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in marketing (minimum 1 year experience in a marketing agency)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Has good network with other brands in a similar industry.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a 4A’s agency
  • Good knowledge of smart wearables.
  • Enjoys outdoor activity or has a regular exercise habit (frequently exercising per week).
