DBSI T&O is the backbone that supports the bank as the central of operations and technology. With the spirit of OneTeam and PRIDE! Value, we serve Institutional Banking Operations and Consumer Banking Operations, manage Customer Centre and IT, provide Group Procurement and Corporate Real Estate, coordinate bank-wide Business Continuity Management program and framework, and deliver service quality for Digibank and IBG/GTS. Responsibilities
- Deliver daily/weekly operational status update to Infra Management, catch-up with other Infra team member. Update track status of project deliveries and milestones to baseline schedule.
- Substitute other member of Infra team due to sick leave, on leave or other reason causing that person not able to perform their function.
- Continually monitor service delivery performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
Acquisition & Deployment
- Highest level of analytical and critical thinking skills and able to deliver IT Operational outcomes.
- Define and implement innovative, relevant infrastructure and operations capabilities that help enables DBSI business and make it easy for Infra team to deliver the results.
- Conduct research on hardware and software products to justify recommendations and to support purchasing efforts.
Operational Process
- Overseeing major IT Infra project including implementation new system and infrastructure upgrades or changes.
- Change Management – Follow change management proses end to end visibility on changes. Actively participate on local/regional change control board forum, and changes on Infra activities which cover voice, network, desktop support, datacenter, and server operation.
- Lead operational enhancement that has been assigned related to IT Infrastructure operation.
- Organize and schedule reboot servers, patching to line of business technology, network activities including changes,
- Build Regional communication and escalation.
- Working closely with Governance, security, and audit team.
- Provide a minimum of weekly status report update for current projects.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of operating processes and procedures and participate in internal/external audits.
- Anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software problems on server and storage systems. Escalate incidents as necessary.
- Practice asset management, including maintenance of component inventory and related documentation and technical specifications information.
- Take ownership in the review, monitor, and follow up of contracts for computer and communication technology software and services.
- Configure Linux server and windows to be complaints as DBS standard
- Housekeeping Linux server from infra level
- Create script in Linux server to support configuration
- Extend space for any mount point needed by apps team in Linux server
- Patching windows and Linux Server to keep in latest version
- Configure ulimits for specific user for project in Linux Server
- Troubleshoot any problem related to OS in Linux Server
- Support any dependencies that needed from apps team on Linux server to make their project go Live
- Fixing any puppet agent which in down status based on Portal for Indonesia regional (Windows and Linux)
- Bridge connection from openssh to tectia and vice versa based on apps team requested
- Configure and manage Openshift Cluster Indonesia
- Preparing required (infra) images for upgrading Openshift Indonesia
- Create image pull secret manifest and pull secret token for Openshift Indonesia
- Setup repo node Openshift to mirroring from SG repo
- Reconfigure etcd backup script openshift to running well every day and doesn’t not eat up disk space
- Create new project/namespaces in Openshift based on apps team request
- Assign rolebinding to specific namespace according to their apps and role
- Configure quota and limit range for every namespaces in Openshift Indonesia
- Perform DR Flip all nodes of Openshift Indonesia Cluster
- Perform yearly upgrade self-signed kube cert of Openshift Indonesia
- Create secret containing certificate of kafka SG
- Configure clusterlogforwarding for several namespaces in Openshift Indo to make their apps log visible on Grafana SG
- Create user defined namespaces in Openshift Indonesia
- Create additional service account (sa) in Openshift Indonesia
- Monitoring to cluster operator and machine config in Openshift Indonesia
- Create pv and pvc in Openshift Indonesia
- Add new worker node to Openshift Indonesia cluster.
- Monitoring all nodes of Openshift Indonesia ensure it’s on ready status.
- Perform troubleshooting in Openshift Indonesia
- Upgrade Openshift Indonesia cluster to the latest version.
Requirement
- University degree in the field of computer science, information science, or management information systems
- Good experience in handling IT Infrastructure project such cloud technology – private cloud, public cloud, Oracle Private Cloud, Microservices, Windows/Linux OS, Firewall migration, F5, P2V, V2V, AIX, Network setup and migration, server, storage, S3, databases, Carrier Wan Technology, Network Design, Solution architect, OpenShift and other cutting-edge technology.
- Individual should be motivated and team player.
- Extensive practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts.
