Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of progressively responsible experience as a Data Scientist.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think critically, structure analyses, and draw well-reasoned conclusions.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ownership of tasks.
• Passion for data and a growth mindset to stay at the forefront of the field.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, JavaScript, and other data science tools; experience with generative AI projects; cloud experience on AWS/Azure/GCP.

Person we are looking for:

• Proven Expertise: Minimum 1-2 years of progressively responsible experience asa Data Scientist, demonstrating a strong track record of delivering impactful results.
• Academic Foundation: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics,Computer Science, Physics, Information Technology, Engineering, or a relatedfield.
• Communication: Highly effective communicator with strong written and verbalskills, capable of conveying information clearly and persuasively.
• Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking: The ability to think critically, structureanalyses, and formulate well-reasoned conclusions is highly valued.
