Job description

We are seeking a motivated Assistant to the CEO with a finance background to provide direct support in the setup and scaling of our client's company in Indonesia. This hybrid role combines finance, administration, and executive support, ideal for someone eager to grow with a fast-paced renewable energy company.

Responsibilities:

  • Support CEO in daily operations, coordination, and follow-ups with stakeholders.
  • Assist on finance & tax matters, including bookkeeping, reporting, and compliance.
  • Assist in business incorporation and licensing processes (OSS, PLN, SNI, etc.).
  • Draft letters, proposals, presentations, and meeting notes.
  • Handle scheduling, travel arrangements, document management, and expense tracking.
  • Provide executive assistance to the CEO, including occasional personal/office-related tasks.
  • Support procurement and office setup (stationery, equipment, supplies, etc.).
  • Conduct research and provide inputs for strategic decisions.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the CEO to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Familiar with Indonesian taxation and compliance.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia & English.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
