Job summary

A leading software solutions company in Indonesia is seeking a Field Sales Executive to oversee the full cycle of sales activities for Accounting and ERP Cloud-SaaS. Responsibilities include building relationships with prospects, managing customer contracts, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in ERP sales, excellent communication skills, and a Bachelor's/Diploma degree. Proficiency in Bahasa & English is required, and Korean is a plus. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta Utara.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience in ERP Sales and Channel Sales.
  • Planning and management experience with ERP software products.
  • Fluent in Bahasa & English (speaking and writing).
  • Able to speak Korean is a plus.

Job description
Overview

Responsible for a full cycle of Field Sales activities of Accounting and ERP Cloud-SaaS.

Prospecting and qualifying leads, leading customer meetings, closing the deals, and managing successful customer contracts.

Responsibilities
  • Build new relationships with potential prospects through cold and warm phone calls, emails, and other online communication tools
  • Represent the company as the first point of contact for existing customers. Understand customers\' needs, collect feedback for features improvement, and seek opportunities for upselling
  • Develop and execute a workable sales pipeline, maintaining a database of current and potential customers
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/Diploma Degree (Management/Marketing/Any discipline educational background)
  • Has prior experience 3-5 years in ERP Sales and Channel (Partner) Sales
  • Has planning and management experience with ERP software products
  • Has experience as an ERP consultant is preferable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in Bahasa & English (speaking and writing)
  • Able to speak Korean is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude. Effective communication with individuals and groups
  • Excellent selling and influencing skills. Persuasive and confident when speaking to mid-level and senior executives
