Assistant Project Manager – Fit‑Out (6 Months Contract, Renewable)
Job Description Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Assistant Project Manager to support interior and fit‑out projects across multiple client sites in Jakarta. This role provides hands‑on exposure to project coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management. We will start with a 6‑month contract with possible extension/conversion upon strong performance and business needs.

About the Role:
  • Assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and monitoring interior and fit‑out projects across multiple sites.
  • Support administrative project tasks including meeting minutes, reporting, schedules, and documentation control.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors to track progress and ensure work aligns with scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Prepare project reports, financial summaries, and presentation materials for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in site visits, inspections, and fit‑out progress reviews to ensure quality and safety compliance.
About You:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering.
  • Open for fresh graduates with internship experiences in the relevant field or around maximum 1-2 years of experience in Project Management especially for fit‑out or interior construction project coordination.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail and reporting accuracy.
  • Proactive, disciplined, and eager to learn project delivery processes within a professional consultancy.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and basic project management tools.
