Job summary

Floothink 360 Digital Agency is seeking a proactive Assistant Producer to support our video production team from pre-production to post-production. The role focuses on keeping projects moving with clear timelines and strong coordination across crew, talent, vendors, and locations.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree in communications-related fields, at least two years' experience, and comfort with budgets, basic camera work, and editing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Film, Broadcasting, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Assistant Producer.
• Ability to create production timelines that are neat, realistic and achievable.
• Strong coordination with crew, talent, vendors, and locations.
• Budget management knowledge; comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel-friendly).
• Ability to operate a camera and edit video at a basic level.
• Good sense of storytelling from scripts and visual requirements.
• Experience in TVC, documentary, or TV program production.
• Film production experience is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Producer in managing the overall production flow and pacing.
• Ensure projects stay on track and production traffic runs smoothly.
• Coordinate teams throughout pre-production, production, and post-production.
• Prepare presentation decks for pitching sessions when needed.
• Conduct quality control to ensure video outputs are ready for broadcast or posting.
