Assistant Marketing Manager – Mandarin Speaker

To build, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with business partners, particularly Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, in order to support company growth and expand collaboration networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture effective communication with Mandarin-speaking business partners, both locally and internationally.
  • Partnership Management: Manage long‑term relationships with strategic partners to ensure sustainable collaboration.
  • Negotiation & Agreement: Support negotiation processes, draft MoUs/contracts, and ensure commitments are fulfilled.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations, HR) to align and deliver on partner needs.
  • Market Insight: Identify new partnership opportunities through market research, industry trends, and partner requirements.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on partnership status, new opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications

As our Marketing Manager, you’ll drive how Rekket shows up across content, campaigns, and community — ensuring alignment, consistency, and creativity.

Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the creative designer, photographer, videographer, community/KOL lead, and social media specialist (plus future hires).
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan and oversee brand campaigns, ensuring objectives, aligned messaging, and timely delivery across all channels.

  • Strong understanding of creative production processes (briefing designers, photographers, videographers).
  • Comfortable working across organic social, partnerships, and community initiatives.
