A leading brand builder in luxury fashion in Jakarta Utara is seeking a motivated wholesale sales manager to develop and execute sales strategies. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in channel sales, strong leadership abilities, and skills in dealer network management. This position provides opportunities for proactive service-minded individuals to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Develop and execute wholesale sales strategies to achieve overall sales and profitability targets.
Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of wholesale dealers to ensure consistent sales growth and adherence to brand standards.
Identify and acquire new strategic dealers with strong market potential, ensuring the right brand representation and product availability.
Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for business development and dealer optimization.
Coordinate with Marketing and Product teams to align promotional plans and product assortment with market demand.
Coach and support the Wholesale Executives in managing dealer relationships, negotiation, and achieving sales KPIs.
Ensure service excellence and maintain a high level of dealer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to management, highlighting key achievements and improvement areas.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in wholesale, distribution, or channel sales, preferably in consumer goods, fashion, or retail industry.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience supervising or mentoring a small team.
Proven ability to develop and maintain dealer networks and deliver sales growth.
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Sales-driven and result-oriented, with the ability to formulate and execute strategies.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills with external partners and internal teams.
Proactive, service-minded, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
