Job description

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on the team’s sales performance and provide analysis for performance improvement.

Develop marketing activities to attract prospects and support the sales process of vehicle units according to targets.

Ensure the sales team possesses the necessary skills through regular training and preparation to sell various types of vehicles.

Monitor and oversee the sales team’s activities to ensure sales targets are met.

Provide guidance and motivation to the sales team to achieve sales targets.

Analyze automotive market trends, prepare forecasts, and provide strategic recommendations based on data.

Ensure all sales processes are carried out in accordance with the company’s standard operating procedures (SOP).

Lead strategic projects such as new product launches or promotions to enhance sales performance.

Establish effective communication with various stakeholders to support the achievement of company targets.

Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Management, Communication, Marketing, or Finance.
  • At least 3 years of experience in retail, automotive, or a related industry.
