A leading restaurant group in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Manager to assist in the overall management of the restaurant. The role requires strong leadership, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for customer service. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, inventory control, and financial reporting. Assist the Restaurant Manager in the overall management of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and financial reporting
Ensure a consistently high level of customer service by leading and motivating the front-of-house team
Monitor and maintain restaurant standards, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
Identify and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability
Support the development and training of the restaurant team, providing coaching and mentorship as needed
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to drive customer acquisition and retention
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
