This role develops strategies, implements targeted lifecycle campaigns, and ensures a seamless and personalized customer experience across all touchpoints.

B. Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer lifecycle management, CRM, or customer engagement roles.
