J is seeking an Assistant Manager in Bali who can communicate in Mandarin to support regional logistics operations. The role involves translating materials, coordinating with daily workers, and ensuring delivery data accuracy.

You will train gateway teams, maintain SOPs, and collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and operational standards while upholding efficiency and integrity in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Mandarin language proficiency including speaking, reading and writing.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the logistics industry.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-driven with integrity and responsibility.
• Strong communication skills and strategic thinking.
