A multinational shipping and logistics company is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage full set of accounts and ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations. Job description

Responsibilities

• With experience to handle full set of accounts independently for at least 5 years.
• Handle AP & AR and all bank-related transactions.
• Oversee daily activities of the accounts & admin department, ensuring all required daily & monthly reports are completed accurately and on time.
• Manage cash flow and prepare projections.
• Analyze financial reports and create reports for management, stakeholders and external parties.
• Coordinate with statutory boards & agencies, external auditor & tax consultant.
• Handle payroll.

Job Requirements

• Degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Able to work independently and experienced in leading an accounts team for more than 3 years.
• Experience in management and accounting preferred.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with Indonesian local audit & tax regulations and mandatory statutory filing and reports.
• Experience in handling payroll required.
• Experience in handling shipping accounts with shipping knowledge is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of local tax in billing, VAT filing and corporate tax assessment.

Salary and Working Hours

Salary range – IDR 11,000,000 - IDR 12,500,000 (commensurate with working experience and qualifications).

Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
