Job Description

• Supervise and review the work of accounting staff/supervisors to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of tasks.
• Prepare and finalize quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK.
• Review journal entries for all Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss accounts; perform actual journal postings and review key account reconciliations (e.g., Intercompany, Fixed Assets).
• Provide required data, documentation, and explanations to external auditors during audit processes.
• Conduct tracking, variance analysis, and detailed review of fluctuations in financial statement line items.
• Maintain, enhance, and ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting SOPs, including supporting or leading automation and process improvement initiatives.
