About the role

This is a contract role for an Assistant Manager at PT. SNG Indo Sejahtera, a leading company in the property industry located in Tebet, Jakarta. In this role, you will provide valuable support to the management team, contributing to the day‑to‑day operations and strategic initiatives of the business.

What you'll be doing
  • Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of various department operations
  • Support the development and implementation of policies, procedures and best practices
  • Contribute to the monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and enhance the overall customer experience
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling, reporting and documentation
  • Participate in project management activities and help drive the successful completion of assigned tasks
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote effective communication among team members
