Responsibilities

Assist in overseeing daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory coordination.

Support in monitoring shipment schedules, delivery timelines, and adherence to operational procedures.

Prepare and maintain reports, documents, and presentations related to logistics performance, cost analysis, and operational efficiency.

Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, warehouse, transportation) to ensure smooth workflow and timely issue resolution.

Communicate with external parties, such as suppliers, customers, and logistics service providers, when required.

Participate in meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Assist in planning and executing process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Perform administrative tasks and provide general support to the General Manager in daily activities.

Conduct research, data gathering, and basic analysis to support business decisions.

Qualifications
