Job description

Work closely with the GM in planning tenant mix strategies, managing the leasing of vacant spaces, coordinating and negotiating with prospective tenants, and overseeing exhibitions and promotional events.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in planning and executing leasing strategies for new development areas.
• Identify, approach, and negotiate with potential tenants to optimize future tenant mix and area utilization.
• Monitor day‑to‑day leasing operations and provide regular updates through weekly and monthly reports.
• Handle administrative and operational leasing matters, including coordinating permits, agreements, and documentation.
• Collaborate with related departments to ensure smooth execution of leasing activities and upcoming development plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, brokers, and potential tenants to support leasing targets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support pricing strategies and positioning of the development area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business, Communication, or other relevant fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in leasing (preferably from property development, shopping mall, or hospitality industry).
• Experience in greenfield or pre‑opening projects is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of leasing processes, tenant mix planning, and commercial positioning aligned with brand and market trends.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, result‑oriented, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Willing to be based in Bali.
