A leading food and beverage company is seeking a Sales Executive to distribute business to Modern Market and establish trading partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and at least 2 years of sales experience, particularly in the modern trade channel. Responsibilities include negotiating trading terms, maintaining key account relationships, and collaborating with the Marketing team. This role is based in the Jakarta area.
Distribute business to Modern Market (MT).
Negotiating trading terms & promotion in order to establish business partnership and to grow the business.
Developing and maintaining solid and trustworthy relationships to major key accounts, together with generating new business, including resolving any issues and problems faced by customers and dealing with complaints to maintain trust.
Make and handle sales area and managing communication between key customers and internal teams.
Communicate approved retail activities, promotional plans, merchandising and new item authorizations with the Retail Team to ensure well executed.
Working closely with Marketing to develop effective brand promotion programs, monitor and analyze the effectiveness of promotions with regard to sales impact.
Provide reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly recommendations in order to meet company’s objective.
