Responsibilities

Qualification

Assistant Manager – Mould Production
Location: Yogyakarta
Required attributes
- Strong Carpentry skills.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings for the making of timber moulds.

- Adhering to safety protocols and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and quality control standards.
- Documenting mould specifications, modifications, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Ensuring the Mould Making Team conforms with the company's Quality Management System (ISO 9001).

Human Resources Generalist

Requirements
- A Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Management or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in HR Generalist, with at least 3 years in managerial level, preferably in Financial or Outsource Industry.
- Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end HR (Recruitment, Training, Performance Management, Compensation & benefit, Industrial Relations, Payroll, HR Policies & SOP).
- Proficiency in payroll systems and HR software.
- Solid understanding of Labor Law, BPJS, Outsourcing, contracts (PKWT, PKWTT), PPh21 and company regulations.
