Responsibilities
  • Ensure the achievements of collection target in line with company KPIs

Requirements
  • A Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Management or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in HR Generalist, with at least 3 years in managerial level, preferably in Financial or Outsource Industry.
  • Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end HR (Recruitment, Training, Performance Management, Compensation & benefit, Industrial Relations, Payroll, HR Policies & SOP).
  • Proficiency in payroll systems and HR software.
  • Solid understanding of Labor Law, BPJS, Outsourcing, contracts (PKWT, PKWTT), PPh21 and company regulations.
