Job summary

A leading company in logistics in Tangerang, Banten is seeking an Administrative Assistant to efficiently manage schedules, support HR activities, and communicate between stakeholders. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Chinese and English, possess strong organizational skills, and have a minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar position. The job offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 08:30 to 17:30 WIB, providing a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the General Manager's schedule and meetings.
  • Support HR activities like recruitment coordination.
  • Communicate instructions and feedback from the General Manager.
  • Perform administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Job description

Efficiently manage the General Manager’s schedule, meetings, and business trips; prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Support HR activities such as managing employee records, attendance verification, recruitment coordination, and onboarding training assistance.

Act as the communication hub for internal and external stakeholders, accurately conveying the General Manager’s instructions and providing departmental feedback.

Carry out additional administrative and operational support tasks assigned by the General Manager.

Requirements
  • Must be proficient in Chinese (spoken & written) and English. Fluency in all three languages is essential for success in this role.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as an administrative assistant, operations assistant, or similar role. Experience in logistics or import/export operations is a strong advantage.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and initiative; able to work independently.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills; able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High integrity with strong confidentiality awareness.
  • Willing to be placed in Tangerang, Banten.
