As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will:
- Support the Brand Manager in developing brand strategies, monthly campaign calendars, and creative briefs for internal teams (KOL, social media, creative, e-commerce, paid ads).
- Oversee end-to-end campaign implementation (pre-launch, launch, post-launch), ensuring all materials align with brand tone, claims, and legal/BPOM compliance; track key KPIs such as engagement, CTR, CVR, and GMV.
- Coordinate with KOL, Paid Ads, E-Commerce, PR, and Product Development teams, as well as external partners or agencies, to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Conduct regular competitor benchmarking and analyze consumer insights from campaign data, reviews, and social trends to strengthen brand positioning.
- Prepare post-campaign and monthly brand health reports, providing actionable recommendations for future strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience in local beauty brands or FMCG companies with a similar marketing style to Facetology — agile, digital-first, and strong in KOL activation and campaign execution.
- Creative thinker with a strong brand sense.
- Skilled in copywriting and storytelling.
- Proven experience in leading or creating campaigns (not just supporting).
- Able to work fast, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
- Ambitious, highly proactive, able to lead teams and collaborate across divisions — not the type who waits for a brief.
- Must have prior experience working in a fast-paced environment (such as a scaling beauty startup, a growing brand, or an FMCG company with frequent campaigns).
